Industrial & heavy equipment tire foam fill

Your heavy equipment deserves the best.

INDUSTRIAL TIRE FOAM FILL

When it comes to tires, industrial and heavy equipment need a filling more durable and shock-resistant than air. While air-filled tires can work well in many situations, they’re often not ideal in industrial areas or for heavy equipment. TyrFil, commonly referred to as industrial tire foam fill, gives you added operator safety and extends the lifetime and performance of your heavy equipment, giving you peace of mind in more than one area.

WHY TIRE PERFORMANCE MATTERS

Heavy equipment TyrFil adds onto your tire performance, which then extends the operational ability of your heavy equipment. It does this through the polyurethane material that is pumped into the tires which improves vehicle stability, lowers its center of gravity, and prevents blowouts and punctures. Tires are what separates your heavy equipment from the road below, so ensuring their high-quality performance is key.

ABOUT TyrFil™ FLATPROOFING

TyrFil™ Flatproofing is a polyurethane material that is pumped into OTR pneumatic tires, replacing all of the air. It cures into a flexible, durable elastomer core that acts as a shock absorber and completely eliminates flat tires. Compared to other flatproofing products such as solid tires, cores and liners, TyrFil is the most cost-effective solution and provides the best overall performance.

WHY IS TIRE FILL RIGHT FOR YOU?

TyrFil is the only shock absorbing, flatproofing solution. In 2016, multiple tests confirmed that TyrFil transfers significantly less G-force than solid aperture tires. The harsh impact of G-force vibration transmission to heavy industrial vehicle operators and their equipment from solid aperture tires is known in the industry as SOLID SHOCK.

Solid Shock transfers unnecessary excessive G-force on equipment causing costly and premature wear and tear on rims, bearings, welds, axles and pivot joints to name a few.

NO MORE FLAT TIRES, GUARANTEED

Flat tires can become costly quickly due to downtime— TyrFil removes this completely.

REDUCED TIRE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT COSTS

When tires blow out, they need repair or replacement. This happens much more frequently with air-filled tires.

IMPROVES VEHICLE STABILIZATION

As heavy equipment TyrFil adds weight to the tires, this also adds weight to the equipment which improves its stabilization.

MAINTAINS CONSTANT INTERNAL PRESSURE

Consistency in air pressure means more predictable results and a more consistent performance.

NO MORE DOWNTIME FROM PUNCTURES AND BLOWOUTS

Industrial TyrFil is long-lasting and resistant to punctures and blowouts.

REDUCED EQUIPMENT DAMAGE DUE TO SOLID SHOCK

Solid shock can significantly damage your heavy equipment, but heavy equipment TyrFil removes this concern.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are foam-filled tires?
“Foam filled tires” are tires filled with polyurethane, which makes them ideal for heavy equipment. Rather than being filled with air, this industrial tire foam fill provides stabilization and peace of mind knowing that your tires cannot go flat.
Why are foam filled tires ideal for heavy equipment?
Heavy equipment foam filled tires makes your tires more reliable, saving you money and time. Pneumatic tires, or air-filled tires, are vulnerable to punctures in environments where heavy equipment is used, whereas “foam filled tires” are puncture- and blowout-resistant.
